When will my order ship?
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
What days do you ship orders?
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday only. Orders are not shipped on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays to avoid delivery delays and preserve the integrity of our products — especially our whipped body butters, which are sensitive to temperature changes during transit.
Can I cancel, modify, or change my order after it’s placed?
No. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Please double-check your shipping address, product selection, and quantities before confirming your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use the Track My Order tab on our website to check your order status anytime.
What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?
Luxe Bloom Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@shopluxebloombeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
