At Luxe Bloom Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final on opened or used items for sanitary reasons.

Eligible for Return or Exchange We will provide refunds or exchanges at no cost to the customer if the item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Misrepresented or significantly different from the description
  • Counterfeit or contains missing parts
  • Unopened and unused in original packaging

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopluxebloombeauty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • If the issue is on our end โ€” Luxe Bloom Beauty covers return shipping at no cost to you
  • All other approved returns โ€” customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days back to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • All discounted and promotional/sale items are final sale
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using Klarna.
  • Luxe Bloom Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • We do not provide refunds for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched
